While patrolling one of the communities we serve, VPS Towing & Recovery removed a vehicle for a parking violation. Vehicles may be retrieved 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays.
Please bring the following items:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Your vehicle key
- Payment for all applicable fees
In certain cases, proof of ownership may also be required, such as when license plates are missing, the plates do not match the vehicle, or ownership cannot otherwise be verified.

For all card payments, the cardholder must be present and must provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the card.
No issue. VPS Towing & Recovery uses professional equipment and procedures that allow us to safely tow vehicles with all four wheels off the ground when required.
The free two-hour period typically still requires you to enter your license plate and actively start a parking session in the app. Simply parking in the space does not automatically activate the free time.
